Notice of Appeals (P. Mullins & R. Mania) to be heard by the Disciplinary Panel on Thursday 28 March

An independent Disciplinary Panel will convene on Thursday 28 March to consider the following Appeals:

9.30am - Patrick Mullins

Mr Mullins is appealing the decision of the Whip Review Committee to impose an 8-day suspension following his ride aboard EMBASSY GARDENS at Cheltenham on March 12 where he was found to have used his whip without giving his mount time to respond and in the incorrect place after the second last fence.

11.30am - Ryan Mania

Mr Mania is appealing the decision of the Whip Review Committee to impose a 14-day suspension following his ride about ROB ROY MACGREGOR (IRE) at Newcastle on 16 March where he was found to have used his whip without time to respond on three occasions and once above permitted level of seven.
